ADAPT of Philadelphia v. Philadelphia Hous. Auth., 04-4502

Appeals from litigation involving the statutory obligation of defendant to furnish housing for disabled tenants are dismissed for lack of jurisdiction where discovery orders from which the appeals were taken were not final and appealable orders, notwithstanding the subsequent entry of final judgment.
