United States Third Circuit

Vallies v. Sky Bank, 05-1002

Summary judgment for defendant in a consumer class action regarding loans to finance the purchase of motor vehicles is reversed since the Truth in Lending Act does not permit a creditor to delegate its disclosure responsibility but requires all pertinent disclosures to be made by a single creditor.
