United States Third Circuit

Gilles v. Davis, 04-2542

Dismissal of plaintiff's civil rights action, alleging that he was unconstitutionally arrested for disorderly conduct, is affirmed where defendant-police officer is entitled to qualified immunity because it would not have been clear to a reasonable officer that there was no probable cause to arrest.
