Wilson v. Beard, 04-2461

The grant of plaintiff's writ of habeas corpus is affirmed where the district court properly concluded that the district attorney engaged in intentional discrimination in jury selection in violation of Batson v. Kentucky, 476 U.S. 79 (1986).
