MBIA Ins. Corp. v. Royal Indem. Co., 03-4382, 04-2207

In a suit for repayment of defaulted student loans that were insured, summary judgment in favor of plaintiff-beneficiary is reversed where defendant-insurance company has raised a triable issue as to whether all of the losses claimed by plaintiff were covered under its policies.
