Garcia v. Plaza Oldsmobile, 04-4332

In a case arising from a motor vehicle accident, the district court should apply the law of New York where the application of Pennsylvania law would impair New York's interest in providing injured plaintiffs with a financialy responsible defendant and imposing a high degree of responsibility on the owners of the vehicles.
