Bostic v. Smyrna Sch. Dist., 04-1463

In a suit alleging that defendant-school was deliberately indifferent to an inappropriate teacher-student relationship, a jury verdict in favor of defendant is affirmed over plaintiff's claim that jury instructions on "actual notice" and "appropriate official" under Title IX misstate the law.
