Levine v. United Healthcare Corp., 04-1224, 04-1225

A New Jersey statute, which states that subrogation and reimbursement provisions are no longer permitted in New Jersey health insurance policies, is preempted by ERISA section 514, 29 U.S.C. section 1144.
