BAER v. CHASE, 04-1655

Dismissal of plaintiff's claim, seeking compensation for his perceived role in the creation of the television series, "The Sopranos," is reversed where the district court erred in granting defendant's summary judgment motion, based on the statute of limitations, with respect to plaintiff's quantum meruit claim.
