EICHENLAUB v. TOWNSHIP OF INDIANA, 03-2707

In a suit over defendant-Township's insistence that plaintiff's property development comply with a number of its regulations, the district court's dismissal of plaintiff's First Amendment retaliation, equal protection, and writ of mandamus claims is reversed.
