GOLDEN v. GOLDEN, 03-2184

Dismissal of a probate dispute for lack of subject matter jurisdiction is reversed where the district court has jurisdiction to consider plaintiff's claims for slander and tortious interference with inheritance under the probate exception to federal diversity jurisdiction.
