Defendant's murder conviction is affirmed over his challenges that 1) the district court erred in concluding that the admission of a redacted statement comported with the requirements of the Sixth Amendment and 2) counsel's failure to object to an accomplice liability instruction constitutes ineffective assistance of counsel.
