RAICZYK v. OCEAN COUNTY VETERINARY HOSP., 02-1070

The district court's ruling that, as a matter of law, plaintiff was not entitled to a jury award for monies owed to him in the sale of his shares in a corporation is reversed based on an erroneous finding that there was insufficient evidence in the record to support the judgment.
