US v. MOORE, 03-2698

In an arson case, the Court found that the prosecutor's closing argument, which referred to defendant as a terrorist and a child abuser, mentioned prior bad acts of defendant unrelated to the charged offense, and it subsequently reversed the judgment and granted a new trial.
