JUSTOFIN v. METRO. LIFE INS. CO., 02-4264

The amended life insurance policy issued by defendants was not void as a matter of law, despite decedent's alleged failure to fully disclose her medical history. Plaintiffs' bad faith claim should be treated separately from their contract claims.
