Judge's execution of the unconstitutional ex parte order, permitting child's removal from the US without affording the father a pre- or post-deprivation hearing, superseded any prior tortious conduct by the individuals who instigated the judicial proceedings; summary judgment is granted to defendants on father's Bivens claim.
