Section 12 of the Clayton Act authorizes worldwide service of process upon foreign corporations independently of that statute's specific venue provision; personal jurisdiction over a foreign corporation in antitrust litigation may be predicated on its contacts with the US as a whole; jurisdictional discovery from foreign nationals may proceed under the FRCP without first resorting to the Hague Convention.
