DEBIEC v. CABOT CORP., 02-2507

Whether or not three of the plaintiffs exercised due diligence in investigating their illness, and can therefore take advantage of the "discovery rule" exception to the statute of limitations, is a jury issue. As to these plaintiffs, summary judgment for defendants is reversed.
