US v. LAWRENCE, 02-3340

Murder conviction is affirmed over defendant's claims that 1) photographic arrays shown to government witnesses were unduly suggestive, 2) the trial court erred in granting the government's motion in limine to exclude evidence that the victim identified someone else as his assailant, and 3) evidence was insufficient to prove the premeditation required for first degree murder.
