US v. PRITCHARD, 02-2544

Defendant's conviction of theft from a museum for his involvement in the misappropriation of a Civil War officer's uniform, in violation of 18 U.S.C. section 668, is affirmed where the Hunt-Phelan Home Foundation met the statutory definition of a "museum."
