YEBOAH v. US DEP'T OF JUSTICE, 02-2921

In light of M.B. v. Quarantillo, 301 F.3d 109 (3d Cir. 2002), the district court had jurisdiction to review the denial of plaintiff's request for consent to a dependency hearing for "special immigrant juvenile" status. Attorney General did not abuse his discretion or act arbitrarily or capriciously in denying plaintiff's request.
