Petition for review of the BIA's denial of applications for asylum and withholding of deportation is affirmed, where the record does not support Palestinian petitioner's claims that he has a well-founded fear that, if returned to Saudi Arabia, he will be persecuted as a member of a particular social group under 8 U.S.C. section 1101(a)(42).
