CONNEEN v. MBNA AM. BANK, N.A., 02-1504

In an action alleging violations of the ADA, where there is no genuine issue of material fact that would allow a reasonable juror to conclude that defendant terminated plaintiff because of her disability or that defendant failed to engage in the interactive process as required under the ADA, summary judgement in employer's favor stands.
