United States Third Circuit

IN RE: TRANS WORLD AIRLINES, INC., 01-1788, 01-4159, 01-4437

Bankruptcy Court's approval of the sale of airline's assets to another airline, which extinguished the liability of buyer for seller's labor claims, is affirmed because 363(f) of the Bankruptcy Code permits a sale of property "free and clear" of an "interest in such property."
