United States Third Circuit
US v. GOLDIN, 01-1440/42/43/45/46
Evidence was sufficient to prove that protesters refused to obey a lawful order to move by a Park Ranger, and were given an opportunity to comply, under 36 C.F.R. section 2.32(a)(2), and that statute does not unconstitutionally vest unbridled discretion in Park Rangers.
