RUPERT v. LIBERTY MUT. INS. CO., 00-3214

Under Pennsylvania law, because the validity of a waiver of stacking uninsured motorists coverage is determined at the inception of the policy, an insured under an automobile insurance policy is bound by such a waiver signed by his deceased wife, who was the first named insured on the policy.
