United States Third Circuit

DOOKERAN v. MERCY HOSP. OF PITTSBURGH, 01-1246

Where an employee exposed allegedly false statements made in an application that contained no demand for payment of federal funds, the whistleblower protections of the False Claims Act, 31 U.S.C. section 3730(h), did not apply, thus, district court's grant of summary judgment in defendants' favor affirmed.
