GATTIS v. SNYDER, 99-9006

Where the prosecution cited both a prospective juror-s reluctance to impose the death penalty and his gender as bases for exercising a peremptory challenge, and the Superior Court discerned no intent to discriminate against men, the court-s application of a "dual motivation" analysis to the peremptory challenge was appropriate.
