A school principal who is entrusted with the responsibility and authority normally associated with that position will ordinarily be "an appropriate person" for purposes of determining actual notice and deliberate indifference in an action against a school district under Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, 20 U.S.C. Section 1681 et. seq.
