US v. SINGLETARY, 00-3850

The U.S. Supreme Court's decisions in United States v. Morrison, 529 US 598 (2000) and Jones v. United States, 529 US 848 (2000) do not render unconstitutional the felon-in-possession statute, 18 USC 922(g)(1) for lack of a substantial effect upon interstate commerce.
