US v. REYNOSO, 00-2230
Before a sentencing court may rely on testimonial or other evidence from an earlier proceeding, it must afford fair notice to both defense counsel and the Government of the specific evidence upon which it expects to rely and the purposes for which it intends to consider the evidence.
