United States Third Circuit

US v. LOY, 99-3827

Special condition imposed upon child pornographer convicted under 18 USC 2252(a)(2) prohibiting his possession of "all forms of pornography" following release from prison was unconstitutionally overly broad, but prohibition against unsupervised contact with minors is valid, subject to defendant's right to petition if he has children.
