United States Second Circuit

Naumovski v. Norris, 18-1556

Reversed and remanded. Defendants claimed they were erroneously denied qualified immunity in a discrimination suit brought by a former employee. Because the District court conflated the standards under Title VII and Section 1983, the court reversed, entered judgment for the defendants, and remanded.
