United States Second Circuit

US v. Prado, 16-1055

Vacated and dismissed. Defendants were convicted of criminal offenses relating to activities on a stateless marine vessel. Because the government failed to demonstrate that the vessel was subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, the judgement is vacated and the indictment dismissed.
