Banegas-Gomez v. Barr, 15‐3269

Upheld a Board of Immigration Appeals decision that a Honduras citizen was removable. His conviction for Connecticut first‐degree assault was an aggravated felony. Also, he received sufficient notice of the time and date of his hearing. Denied his petition for review.
