Disability Rights New York v. State of New York, 17‐2812
Held that the district court correctly abstained from hearing a disability rights organization's challenge to the manner in which guardianship proceedings are conducted in New York Surrogate's Court for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Affirmed the decision to abstain pursuant to Younger v. Harris, 401 U.S. 37 (1971).
