Lehman XS Trust v. Greenpoint Mortgage Funding, Inc., 17‐1290
Held that a bank's claims against a company in the mortgage industry were untimely. Affirmed summary judgment dismissing the lawsuit, in this case arising out of the last decade's housing finance crisis. The issue involved warranties made on the sale of residential mortgage‐backed securities.
