Bellamy v. City of New York, 17‐1859
Revived a wrongfully convicted man's civil rights claims against both the city and police detectives who allegedly fabricated and/or withheld material evidence. He had served 14 years in prison for second-degree murder. Vacated a summary judgment ruling in relevant part.
