United States Second Circuit
U.S. v. Fiseku, 17‐1222
In an amended opinion, affirmed a conviction of conspiracy to commit a Hobbs Act robbery, rejecting the defendant's contention that the trial court should have suppressed evidence recovered during an investigatory stop because officers unreasonably restrained him in handcuffs before they developed probable cause to arrest.
