M.E.S., Inc. v. Safeco Insurance Co. of America, 17‐2997
Held that a general contractor could not proceed with its breach-of-contract and other claims against an insurance company that had issued surety bonds in connection with several federal construction projects. Affirmed dismissal of the general contractor's claims.
