Testa v. Becker, 17‐1826

Held that a retiree could not proceed with his challenge to the amount of his company pension. The case concerned the method by which the company calculated benefits for employees who left the company, then later returned to the company, and then later retired. Affirmed in part and reversed in part, in this ERISA case.
