US v. Vinas, 17-1966

Vacated a drug-trafficking conviction on the ground that the government made an inaccurate pre-trial disclosure. The faulty disclosure caused the defendant to forgo a motion to suppress an inculpatory statement made without Miranda warnings. Remanded for further proceedings.
