Lanning v. City of Glens Falls, 17‐970
Held that a plaintiff's malicious prosecution claim was correctly dismissed on the pleadings because he failed to adequately plead that the criminal proceedings had ended in a manner that affirmatively indicated his innocence. Affirmed the dismissal of his equal protection claim too.
