Flood v. Just Energy Marketing Corp., 17‐0546

Held that an energy company employee was an outside salesperson exempted from the minimum-wage and overtime protections of the Fair Labor Standards Act and the New York Labor Law. Affirmed summary judgment for his employer in this proposed class and collective action.
