Munoz-Gonzalez v. D.L.C. Limousine Service Inc., 17‐2438
Held that limousine drivers were not entitled to overtime compensation because their employer, a chauffeured car service, was essentially a taxicab business and thus was exempted from the Fair Labor Standards Act. Affirmed summary judgment for the employer in this proposed collective action.
