United States Second Circuit

US v. Baker, 16-2895

Affirmed a conviction for participating in a conspiracy to distribute more than 100 grams of heroin. The defendant contended that there was insufficient evidence to support his conviction and that the district court should have allowed him to conduct post-trial interviews of jurors. Finding no error, the Second Circuit affirmed.
