United States Second Circuit

US v. Baker, 16‐2895

Affirmed a conviction of participating in a conspiracy to distribute and possess, with the intent to distribute more than 100 grams of heroin. The defendant contended that there was insufficient evidence to support his conviction and that the district court erred in denying his request to conduct post‐trial interviews of jurors. However, the Second Circuit concluded that his arguments lacked merit.
