Du Purton v. US, 17-151

Affirming the district court denial of a petition for writ of error coram nobis seeking to vacate a conviction and sentence for conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud and many accounts of mail fraud on the basis of newly discovered evidence that allegedly undermined the reliability of expert testimony submitted against the defendant at trial in the case of the conviction of a man who owned and managed companies dealing in rare coins whose collection brought significantly more money at auction than was estimated, which he felt undermined the expert's testimony, but there was no defect of evidence at the trial, so the order was affirmed.
