Vacating and remanding the dismissal of a suit brought by Korean citizens transacting on the Korean Exchange's night market who alleged that a New York high frequency trading firm engaged in manipulative spoofing transactions on the market and injured them because the court held that the transactions were arguably domestic under the Commodity Exchange Act and the plaintiffs did not fail to state a claim for unjust enrichment.
