Vacating in part and remanding the sentence of a man upon revocation of supervised release to one year in prison followed by a life term of supervised release for a man convicted of distributing cocaine and heroin who repeatedly tested positive for drugs and failed to report for drug testing because the term of supervision was unreasonable given the magnitude of the departure from the general statute and Guideline maximum of five years.
